Do you want to work in an important role in food production where quality, precision, and collaboration are in focus? We are now seeking engaged packaging operators who want to become part of our team! About the Position As a packaging operator, you will work with packaging cocoa powder from large bags into smaller packaging bags in a semi-automated food production facility. The role involves both practical work and technical equipment handling. You will work on one of the shift schedules listed below with extended work shifts. You will be employed as a consultant via Adecco. The assignment starts immediately or by agreement and runs for 6 months with good opportunities for extension. The employment is full-time. Work Schedule: Flex Shift Monday–Tuesday: 05:50–18:00 Thursday (night): 17:50–06:00 Day Shift Wednesday–Friday: 05:50–18:00 Job Responsibilities: Monitoring and operation of the packaging process Handling large bags using lifting equipment Forklift operation and material handling Quality checks and documentation Troubleshooting and basic technical maintenance Qualifications: Completed and approved upper secondary education Experience working in production, preferably food Class B driver's license (Swedish or internationally valid in Sweden) Forklift certificate (A) and experience with reach stackers is a requirement Good computer skills Very good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written Technical understanding and interest Experience with physically demanding work Ability to work both independently and as part of a team Accustomed to extended work shifts (up to 12 hours) Meritorious: Telescopic handler certificate Previous experience in the food industry We Offer: An exciting consultant role via Adecco Opportunity for extension after the assignment ends A dedicated team and good work environment Opportunity to develop within production and technology Does this sound like something for you?
