Your New Workplace
WeMind Psychiatry Rinkeby is an outpatient psychiatric clinic with a psychosis clinic and emergency unit. For this position, you will work in the psychosis team where you will be offered varied work and close supervision from the Medical Director (MLA) and other physician colleagues. We work in a team-based approach according to national guidelines and offer, among other things, medication treatment, psychological interventions, family interventions, and collaboration with municipalities and next of kin.

The physician's role at WeMind is central in ensuring our patients receive evidence-based care processes and regular follow-up. We place great emphasis on empirical data and evidence-based treatment.
How do we know we're on the right track? We use a computerized system for evaluating care through patient measurements of how our patients are doing and progressing. Our scientific board is tasked with ensuring that our patients receive the best available treatment.
Your most important contribution is made in meetings with patients. We have well-established routines and administrative staff that enable structured and efficient work for the physician and free up time for your specialist expertise to flourish.
