JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Acts in accordance with Act 108/2006 Coll. and quality standards (work rules and procedures), and is oriented in them
- Further educates themselves in the field of social work and collaborates with other professionals
- Adheres to the activity schedule of CDS services and follows the service program methodically
- Cares for the assigned space, identifies its specific needs (tools, defects, staffing needs)
- Provides assistance to users with hygiene, meals, and dressing when needed
- Responsible for risk management with assigned users
- Maintains records of user development, creates, implements, and monitors individual plans in collaboration with the user and their close contacts; upon authorization of the CDS manager becomes the user's key assistant
- Responsible for preparation, content, and evaluation of activities
- Receives and, upon authorization of the CDS manager, resolves user complaints
- Assists users in various programs (according to established methodologies)
- Participates in regular and special CDS events
- Regularly participates in professional supervision and staff meetings
REQUIREMENTS:
- Completed higher professional education obtained through an accredited educational program according to special legal regulations in fields focused on social work, social pedagogy, or special pedagogy (§ 110 subsection 4 letter a) ZSS) or
- Completed university education obtained through a bachelor's or master's degree program focused on social work, social pedagogy, or special pedagogy in accordance with Act 108/2006 Coll.
- Personal maturity, responsibility, diligence, communication skills, teamwork
- Motivation to work with users and their families
- Computer literacy
- Driver's license category B
