Qualification Requirements: – Secondary or higher education in the field of preschool educator, preschool teacher, recreational pedagogue, teaching assistant, or social/health-related fields – Accredited course for childcare provider for children before compulsory school age – Accredited course for childcare provider in daycare groups – Work experience in the field is advantageous but not required Additional Requirements: – Criminal record clearance – Excellent health condition – Responsible approach and attention to detail – Creativity and resourcefulness Job Responsibilities: – Childcare for children from 6 months until compulsory school age – Walks, outings, and exercises – Arts and crafts activities We Offer: – Support from a stable company – Meaningful work in a pleasant environment – Employee benefits – Food allowance – Transportation allowance – Pension insurance contribution – 5 weeks of vacation per calendar year – Working hours: Monday – Friday, morning shift 6:30 - 15:00, afternoon shift 9:00 - 17:30
