Auxiliary work in the social care field under the supervision of healthcare personnel at Ambicare clinics (www.ambicare.cz) The Social Services Act (pursuant to § 116 of Act No. 108/2006 Coll.) permits that the required Qualification Course for social services workers does not need to be completed before starting employment, but must be completed within 18 months of employment start. The employer does not require this qualification course before the start of work, but requires the employee to complete it within 18 months of employment start. The employer will provide maximum assistance toward this goal. Until that time, the employee will work entirely under the supervision of experienced and professionally trained personnel. The employer will provide all necessary training for the performance of work and agrees to employ foreign nationals who pass the employer's selection process.
