WE REQUIRE: - For a social worker in PA - higher or university education (special education specialist/pedagogue, social worker) - For a worker in PA social services - secondary education (PSS course an advantage) - Excellent communication skills, positive attitude - Ability to work independently - Reliability, responsibility, willingness to learn, flexibility, creativity and empathy - Excellent computer skills - Minimum 1 year of experience in social services Advantages: - Social/pedagogical experience with children/individuals - Experience working with children/individuals with autism spectrum disorder WE OFFER: Flexible working hours - Work performance agreement - 190 CZK/hour - Start date by agreement with possibility of training - Opportunity for professional development and education - Space for own initiative and self-fulfillment - Flexible working hours - With long-term cooperation, possibility of transition from work performance agreement to a contract position Fixed-term employment relationship.
