Örjanskolan is a Waldorf school located in beautiful natural surroundings right at the edge of the Baltic Sea. We have students from preschool through grade 12, currently with approximately 260 students. In our vicinity there are many different activities such as Ytterjärna Kulturhus and its park with ponds and greenhouses, and Nibble farm with its natural sciences gymnasium. A bus with connections that fit the school's schedule stops right outside. Job Responsibilities We are looking for a teacher who wants to take responsibility and work at our after-school program. At Örjanskolan's after-school care, we have between approximately 60-80 students divided into three groups. We would like you to have a few years of experience and to enjoy developing Waldorf pedagogy together with your colleagues in after-school care and throughout the school. The position is a permanent part-time role (75%), temporary for the summer period. Qualifications We are looking for someone who: - is a qualified Waldorf teacher for after-school care or a state-certified after-school care teacher - has strong commitment to students' learning and development - has the ability to build good relationships with students - has good collaboration skills with colleagues and guardians - has interest in working with students in need of support Personal Qualities We place great emphasis on personal abilities.
