About the Role As an Order Coordinator with us, you are the face to our international customers and subsidiary companies when it comes to order-related matters. You will primarily: Register, confirm, and administer international customer orders in our SAP business system. Serve as the primary contact person for our global customers and sales companies regarding delivery confirmation, order status, and other order-related inquiries. Proactively identify and manage any delivery obstacles or delays. You communicate any changes in a professional and solution-oriented manner to customers. Ensure clear and efficient internal communication with many other departments in the company. The role also includes other tasks related to the department's operations and development. Requirements To succeed in this role, you are a natural communicator who enjoys having many points of contact. You are structured, meticulous, and have a good ability to remain calm and prioritize correctly even when the pace is high. You are driven by solving problems and always put the customer first. We believe you have: Post-secondary education in logistics, economics, international trade, administration, or equivalent experience that we deem comparable. Previous experience in order coordination, customer service, or international logistics. Very strong knowledge of business systems, with SAP experience being highly desirable. Good knowledge of the MS Office package. The ability to communicate fluently and professionally in both speech and writing in Swedish and English, as you will work daily in an international environment.
