RESPONSIBILITIES Accurately and efficiently organize and enter customer transactions into the company CRM system (Salesforce.com) Enter and process returns/exchanges in the CRM system Ensure quality of completed orders by resolving any issues or discrepancies Reconcile incoming orders against price quotes, contracts, and existing assets Ensure proper revenue recognition, invoicing, and order booking Process transaction case queue accurately, timely, and with a customer focus Ensure order fulfillment and delivery within timeframes defined by management Support company efforts to achieve customer retention and revenue targets Perform additional duties and special projects as assigned SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE Minimum 1 year of experience in an environment requiring attention to detail and accuracy Minimum 1 year of customer service experience Order management experience Knowledge of Salesforce.com or other CRM platform EDUCATION AND CERTIFICATION 2 years of college studies / higher vocational education Additional vacation days, cafeteria subsidy, sick days, pension plan contribution Employer consent to employee card.
