At Niemis Optik in Luleå, we're now recruiting an eyewear stylist (formerly called optical assistant) who is passionate about sales, service, and fashion. With us, the job is about helping people both see better and feel like their best selves.
We're looking for someone who gets energized by meeting people, enjoys working toward goals, and is driven to create results. If you also want to develop in an industry where no two days are the same, you'll thrive with us.
Previous experience in optics is not a requirement – we'll provide you with the training you need to succeed.
A position with great opportunities
This is a temporary position initially at 50%. For the right person, however, there's an opportunity to work more than 50% from the start.
After the initial period, the position will transition to 100%, and for the right person there are excellent opportunities for a permanent contract. We're looking for someone who wants to develop with us and become a long-term part of our team.
Your responsibilities
⭐ Help customers find eyeglasses and sunglasses that match their style, face shape, and needs.
⭐ Work actively with sales and create customer experiences that exceed expectations.
⭐ Assist our optometrists during eye exams and other clinical procedures.
⭐ Contribute to an inspiring, welcoming, and professional retail environment.
⭐ Participate in training and develop your knowledge of sales, fashion, and optics.
We're looking for someone who

Experience in retail, sales, or service is a plus, but not required. We value your personality, drive, and willingness to develop most of all.
