Your responsibilities will include: operation of machinery for paper production or processing, with responsibility for: a specific section of papermaking equipment / paper processing machine compliance with established technological procedures in accordance with occupational safety and health regulations, quality standards, etc. proper maintenance of technical and operational documentation quality control and elimination of causes of defective paper production / processing and timely arrangement of repairs to machinery and technological equipment material handling, proper storage in designated areas, maintaining order and cleanliness in the workplace operation of the production system and data entry into the PC cooperation within the operation of the entire production system (grinding line, rewinder, etc.) and with other departments (maintenance, energy, transport, etc.) Requirements: education in paper production, mechanical, or other technical field (preferred) willingness to work in a three-shift continuous operation reliability and willingness to learn new things handling of heavier loads during shutdowns / maintenance Employee Benefits: monthly performance bonus 13th, 14th, 15th salary after probation period reduced working hours 37.5 hours per week 5 weeks of vacation company cafeteria subsidized bus service Šumperk - Olšany (Sat, Sun, holidays) Contact: Monday-Friday 9am-1pm by phone or email
