Work in manufacturing focused on assembly and completion of small products/components. This is manually demanding work requiring good manual dexterity, attention to detail, reliability, and good eyesight. The employer uses performance-based pay - the employee starts at the minimum hourly rate and the hourly rate can be increased based on achieved performance.
