User Support Operator

We are looking for new colleagues for the position of User Support Operator who will be members of a team focused on supporting users of the information system developed by TESCO SW. The job involves managing tickets in the helpdesk tool, which includes email and telephone communication with users of a specific product in order to resolve their common system issues from a user perspective. Additionally, testing reported errors and forwarding incidents to responsible persons for resolution. This position is suitable for people without experience and for people with basic IT knowledge. We offer opportunities to work with the NEN Information System – National Electronic Tool for Public Procurement Management. - Shift work between 6:00 and 18:00 (1st shift from 6:00 to 14:30, 2nd shift from 9:30 to 18:00). We require: - Secondary education, - basic knowledge of PC operation, - knowledge of MS Office, - ability to create documentation, - communicativeness, patience, - positive attitude, attention to detail, team spirit.
