What do we expect from you? What knowledge are we looking for? - Willingness to work in a three-shift rotation (morning 6:00 AM to 2:00 PM, afternoon 2:00 PM to 10:00 PM, night 10:00 PM to 6:00 AM, repeating this cycle Monday through Friday) - Experience operating forklifts is an advantage - Experience in similar warehouse operations is highly advantageous - Manual dexterity, attention to detail, and carefulness - Independent approach and responsibility What will you do? What will you be responsible for? - Ensure proper handling of materials and provide documentation for accurate inventory records of stored materials for the warehouse keeper - Receive materials for storage, protective equipment, semi-finished products, and spare parts for machine and equipment maintenance - According to instructions from the (substitute) warehouse manager, prepare shipments of products and semi-finished goods for anodizing and handle their return to final standard receipt - Store consumable materials and issue tools in the absence of the warehouse manager - Follow procedures and work instructions in accordance with ISO/TS 16949 standard requirements - Comply with safety regulations and other company policies - Perform additional warehouse activities as directed by your supervisor and work as part of a team What can we offer you? - Start date flexible - Fixed-term employment contract - Work in three-shift rotation (morning, afternoon, night) - Above-standard night shift premiums - Five weeks of vacation - Workplace in the Louny Industrial Zone - Pension insurance contribution - Work clothing cleaning allowance - Meal allowance + meal voucher flat rate - E-Cafeteria bonus system (Edenred) - Rewards and bonuses on occasions of life and work anniversaries and events - Company events for employees - Loyalty bonuses for years of service - Clean working environment Contact: Tel.: 415626580, Email: [email protected]
