Are you looking for stable work in manufacturing and a place where you can stay long-term?
We are looking for three new colleagues for the BEWIT production team to participate in manufacturing our products. We are primarily looking for people interested in long-term cooperation who want to become a stable part of our production team.
Over the next approximately 1-2 years, we plan to gradually relocate production from Ostrava to our facility in Horní Těrlicko. We are therefore seeking colleagues who are planning long-term cooperation and for whom it would be possible to work in Horní Těrlicko after the production relocation.
We will discuss the specific work station with you during the selection process based on your experience and availability.
What awaits you with us
Depending on the specific production station, you will be involved in:
- preparation, weighing and dosing of raw materials,
- operation of production equipment,
- processing and fulfilling production,
- assembly, packaging and labeling of finished products,
- ongoing inspection of correctness and quality of production,
- maintaining basic production records,
- sanitation of equipment and maintaining workplace cleanliness,
- adherence to technological, hygienic and safety procedures,
- cooperation with colleagues and the production supervisor.
We will teach you everything you need at the beginning.
Who we are looking for
We are looking for a person who:
- is interested in long-term and stable cooperation,
- is reliable, careful and responsible,
- can handle manual work and standing work,
- can precisely follow established production and hygienic procedures,
- is willing to work in two-shift operation,
- cares about cleanliness and quality of work,
- can work independently as well as part of a team,
- is planning for the planned future relocation of production to Horní Těrlicko.
Previous experience from food, cosmetic, pharmaceutical or other manufacturing is an advantage, not a requirement.
Important information about the work environment
These are production positions classified as category 3 work.
The workplace has risk factors:
- food manufacturing - dust.
Appropriate safety measures are implemented at the workplaces and designated personal protective equipment is used.
