About the Position
As an operator, you will work in industrial wood processing where production consists of several interconnected steps. The role involves overhead crane operation, machine monitoring, and manual work in the production flow. The work is physically demanding and is performed in close collaboration with your colleagues.
You will become part of a team where clear communication and cooperation are essential for both safety and efficiency. In your daily work, you will use communication equipment, and it is important that you can absorb and follow instructions as well as act quickly when deviations occur. Safety is always the top priority.
Who Are You?
We are looking for someone who thrives in an industrial environment and has an interest in wood, machinery, and production. You are responsible, engaged, and work equally well independently as with others. You should have a good ability to absorb and convey information, both verbally and in writing, from a safety perspective.
Requirements for the position are:
Have overhead crane certification and are confident in crane operation
Can handle physically demanding and manual work
Are comfortable working with machine monitoring and following instructions and procedures
You contribute to a safe and efficient work environment and take responsibility for both your own work and the team's work. CNC experience is a merit, but not a requirement.
