Operators for On-Call Work

We are now hiring hourly Operators for on-call work. The position involves stepping in when operations need reinforcement, which means working hours can vary. The work is scheduled on two shifts on weekdays, meaning work shifts can occur during both daytime and evening hours. Job Description As an Operator, you are a central part of the production process at RFSU AB. Your main responsibilities consist of monitoring/operating automatic packaging machines to meet production forecasts and production orders. You will work with machines, tools, and equipment to package high-quality products according to RFSU's standards. Qualifications You work well with others and enjoy working in a team. You are engaged and thorough, unpretentious, and willing to take on and perform varied tasks. We consider it an advantage if you have previous experience working in industry. RFSU AB is quality certified according to ISO 13485 and the Medical Device Regulation, so thoroughness and order are essential for you. The role requires that you have very good Swedish language skills in speech and writing, as well as good computer literacy. Employment Form Hourly employment, on-call Working Hours and Salary The work involves two shifts 07.00-16.00, 13.30-23.00.
