As a production operator, you report to the shift supervisor. You will contribute to Ball's success by operating and setting up production lines. Your key responsibilities include: " operation and setup of machinery and equipment on the production line " ensuring smooth operation of machinery and performing maintenance and routine repairs in cooperation with maintenance and technical teams " performing conversions and adjustments of machinery for different can types according to established procedures and instructions " monitoring lubricant levels and spare parts consumption " replacing defective parts " checking plans and procedures What experience and skills do we require? " vocational training in mechanical field, preferably as a Machinery and Equipment Mechanic (advantageous) " 2 years of experience in the field (advantageous) " very good manual dexterity, attention to detail, and conscientiousness " willingness to work 12-hour shifts Do not hesitate to apply!
