We are now looking for an operator for an established company in the wood industry. Here you will be an important part of production and have the opportunity to work in an operation that combines high quality with continuous development. About the position As an operator, you are responsible for monitoring and running production machines, ensuring that manufacturing maintains the right quality, and contributing to an efficient production flow. You work closely with your colleagues and play an important role in keeping production running smoothly from start to finished product. Work tasks may include: Setting up, monitoring, and running production machines. Performing quality inspections according to established procedures. Troubleshooting and addressing minor operational issues. Material handling and replenishment in production. Contributing to order, safety, and continuous improvement work. We are looking for you who Have experience in industrial or production work, preferably as a machine operator. Have a technical interest and enjoy working practically. Are quality-conscious, responsible, and solution-oriented. Enjoy working both independently and with others. Have good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written.
