About the job
As an operator at RT, you are responsible for ensuring production is conducted safely and efficiently according to our work and quality standards. The work encompasses several parts of production and takes place in close collaboration with colleagues in production, engineering, and maintenance to ensure a stable production flow and contribute to the continued development of the operation.
Job responsibilities
Operation and monitoring of production equipment.
Adjusting and calibrating machines.
Performing quality controls and product measurements.
Handling material with forklift and overhead crane.
Identifying and contributing to production improvements.
Actively contributing to a safe and well-organized workplace.
Placement
The position is located in Sandviken and work is performed on-site in our production. Currently, working hours are scheduled as continuous two-shift operation, but other shift arrangements may become relevant based on operational needs.
Your profile
You thrive in an industrial environment and are motivated by collaborating with others to achieve common goals. A strong safety and quality mindset characterizes your approach to work, and you are comfortable in a production-focused operation.
What you bring
Experience from manufacturing industry or other production operations.
Good proficiency in Swedish, both spoken and written.
Basic computer skills.
It is a merit if you have
Experience with CNC machining.
Forklift and/or overhead crane certification.
Experience with improvement projects in production.
Experience with shift work.
