Additional Information: First year contract for a fixed term; after mutual satisfaction, possibility to extend to an indefinite contract. Suitable for recent graduates as well. What You'll Do: Operate and adjust production machinery for PET fiber manufacturing. Monitor production quality and ensure compliance with technological procedures. Optimize production processes for maximum efficiency and minimal waste. Troubleshoot technical issues and perform basic equipment maintenance. We Require: Technical thinking and manual dexterity. Experience with production machinery operation is a plus, not a requirement. Basic PC skills and ability to work with production documentation. Responsibility, attention to detail, and willingness to learn. We Offer: Long-term cooperation. Shift work allowance + performance bonuses. Pension insurance contribution of 800 Kč.
