Here you will have the opportunity to work in a modern industrial operation and contribute to efficient production with high demands on quality, safety, and delivery precision.
About the Position
As an operator, you will monitor and manage production equipment and ensure that manufacturing is carried out according to instructions and quality requirements. You will be an important part of the production team and work both independently and together with colleagues.
The work includes, for example:
Monitor and operate machines and production equipment
Prepare materials and work areas for production
Perform minor adjustments and changeovers of machines
Check product quality and report any deviations
Follow work instructions, safety procedures, and production plans
Document completed work and production results
Contribute to order and efficiency in the workflow
The work can be physically demanding and involves standing and moving around for most of the workday. You will work closely with colleagues and other departments to ensure stable and high-quality production.

About You
Formal Qualifications
Completed upper secondary education, preferably with a technical or industrial focus
Previous experience working in industry, production, or as an operator
Good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written
Ability to read and follow work instructions
B-class driver's license
Merits
Experience with machine or process operator work
Forklift certification or overhead crane certification
Experience with quality control and documentation
Technical interest and familiarity with production systems
