The Workplace Stallmästaregården is an intimate boutique hotel, located just beside the Royal Haga Park, Brunnsviken, and Solna. The hotel, which opened in 2000, is surrounded by a calm and peaceful environment with magnificent nature, while the pulse of the city is just a short walk away. About the Job: Stallmästaregården is now seeking a new Restaurant Manager who will maintain the restaurant operations and ensure quality, service standards, and procedures. Here you'll have the opportunity to lead and coordinate work in an idyllic setting with a focus on excellent service presence and views over Brunnsviken. A Day at Work: You work operatively and act as the hub in our facilities at the inn, leading, coaching, and developing the team while ensuring guests' needs are met. You also work closely with other department heads to optimize operational efficiency. What We're Looking For: Multiple years of experience in a leadership role within the industry. Structured and experienced in planning daily operations with strong focus. Passionate about leading teams. Flexible and adaptable. Have an eye for detail.
