The role combines work supervision with practical installation work, meaning you both lead technicians in daily work and work operationally as part of the team when needed. You work closely with operations out in projects and ensure that work progresses according to schedule, quality requirements, and safety procedures. As an installation supervisor, you serve as an important link between technicians, construction managers, project managers, designers, and customers. You plan and allocate work, follow up on installations and documentation, and create structure for upcoming work tasks, while also participating practically in installation work to support the team and help drive the project forward. Examples of work tasks: Plan, allocate, and follow up on daily work for technicians in projects Lead and support technicians on site and ensure work progresses according to plan Participate in practical installation work yourself and serve as an operational resource for the team when needed Ensure quality through follow-up of installations, inspections, and other documentation Coordinate work with project managers, construction managers, designers, and customers Handle and solve practical and technical problems that arise during the project Education, Experience, and Personal Qualities Requirements Completed upper secondary education, preferably in electrical, telecommunications, surveying, or similar technical field Practical technical experience from installation, fiber, network, telecommunications, electrical, or related field Experience taking greater responsibility in projects or work groups, for example through planning, coordination, or instructing others Good knowledge of Swedish, spoken and written Driver's license category B Meritorious Experience as an installation supervisor, lead technician, lead assembler, or work supervisor Experience with fiber installation, fiber splicing, or fusion splicing Knowledge of networks and data communications CAD skills We're looking for someone who enjoys taking responsibility and naturally creates structure around you.
