About the Assignment Location: Solna/Järfälla Assignment Period: Start by agreement - December 31, 2027 Scope: Full-time About the Role As an operational procurement specialist, you will be an important part of the procurement organization, working closely with strategic and operational procurement professionals, the planning department, project organization, and suppliers. Your main focus is to ensure material supply and high delivery accuracy to production and projects. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys working proactively, solving problems, and managing multiple parallel processes and stakeholder interactions. Your Responsibilities In this role, you will, among other things: Procure materials and services based on planned needs Place and monitor purchase orders Ensure timely deliveries and follow up on any deviations Obtain cost estimates and quotations Manage supplier invoices Maintain ongoing contact with internal requesters and project managers Follow up with suppliers and build strong supplier relationships Work on optimizing material and information flows What We're Looking For To succeed in this role, we see that you have: At least 1 year of relevant experience in procurement, supply chain, sourcing, or similar Experience with operational procurement work Good understanding of supply chain and procurement processes Ability to independently drive procurement processes and ensure high delivery accuracy Post-secondary education in a relevant field or equivalent work experience Fluent knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written Meriting Qualifications It is meriting if you have: Experience from manufacturing industry or production-related operations Experience working at a fast pace with multiple parallel stakeholder interactions Experience from larger technical organizations Experience with supplier management and delivery monitoring Who Are You?
