This is a consulting assignment via Unik Resurs for approximately 12 months with good possibility for extension. Duties and Responsibilities We are now looking for a results-driven Operational Procurement Specialist for Group Procurement at Saab with a focus on construction contracting. You are responsible for executing purchases within the construction contracting category and ensuring that purchasing processes, supplier setups, and system support function effectively. The role involves many contact points where you collaborate with internal requesters, suppliers, and cross-functional teams. Your main responsibilities: Execute purchases and create purchase orders within construction contracting. Contribute to the development and use of effective digital Procure-to-Pay solutions. Work with customer support in Hansa. Ensure correct onboarding and setup of suppliers, catalogs, and punchout solutions. Ensure that system information regarding products, services, prices, delivery terms, and contract information is correct and up to date. Prepare reports and support the business with analysis of purchasing and supplier data. Collaborate, train, and communicate with internal customers and cross-functional teams. Analyze the supplier market and business needs. Identify and drive improvements that create more efficient ways of working. Your Profile We are looking for someone who is business-driven, service-oriented, and thrives in a role where collaboration and communication are essential to success. You have a structured approach to work, good system proficiency, and an interest in digitalization and continuous improvements. Qualifications High school diploma or post-secondary education in procurement, for example Qualified Vocational Education (KY/YH), or equivalent work experience. Knowledge of Swedish standard contracts in construction contracting, for example AB, ABK, and ABT. Interest in digitalization and continuous improvements. Good collaboration skills and excellent communication abilities. Business-minded and results-oriented work approach. Good knowledge of English in speech and writing. Fluent Swedish in speech and writing. Merits Experience in procurement or supply chain. Experience from the construction industry or construction contracting. Other Information The position involves work within classified operations. Security vetting will be conducted in accordance with applicable regulations.
