In this role, you will be an important part of the procurement organization where you work closely with operations, suppliers, and other internal functions to ensure efficient procurement processes and long-term value-creating partnerships.
About the Role
As an Operational Procurement Specialist, you are responsible for day-to-day procurement work within construction, contracting, and real estate-related areas. You work both operationally and tactically with orders, supplier dialogues, and follow-up while contributing to the development of efficient working methods and digital solutions.
The role involves many contact points where you collaborate with internal requesters, suppliers, and cross-functional teams to ensure that products and services are delivered according to agreed terms, quality, and timelines.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and follow up on purchase orders within the construction and real estate sector.
Provide support to operations on procurement-related matters.
Ensure that suppliers are registered and managed according to applicable processes and procedures.
Responsible for ensuring that information about products, services, prices, and contract terms is correct and up-to-date in systems.
Participate in analyses of procurement data, supplier market, and operational needs.
Work together with internal customers and cross-functional teams to optimize procurement processes.
Contribute to digitalization and development of efficient ordering and procurement flows.
Identify areas for improvement and drive initiatives that increase quality, efficiency, and business value.
We Are Looking For Someone Who
Has upper secondary education combined with relevant experience or post-secondary education in procurement, logistics, or supply chain.
Has experience from the construction, infrastructure, or real estate industry.
Is experienced working in business or procurement systems and has good system knowledge.
Speaks and writes Swedish and English fluently.
Has an interest in digitalization, process development, and continuous improvements.
