About Us:
Within the Orthopedics department, we work to treat, care for, and rehabilitate patients with injuries and diseases of the musculoskeletal system. We perform acute and planned operations and treatments. We receive and treat patients from throughout Sweden within several orthopedic specialty areas.
Your Responsibilities:
As a coordinator, you are one of five coordinators responsible for coordinating and planning operations within the Orthopedics department. You collaborate with physicians, outpatient clinics, and care units, as well as AnopIVA.
About You:
We are seeking a licensed nurse. Experience working as an operations coordinator or within operating room nursing is desirable but not required. It is important that you have good knowledge of various IT systems and computer skills. The position requires strong prioritization and organizational abilities as well as a professional approach to colleagues and patients.
You communicate easily and work well in teams. You are structured and take initiative in your work. Our department is characterized by commitment and development. You are driven by continuously improving operations, business development, and quality work.

If you are a newly graduated nurse, you will participate in our Clinical Base Year, which is our introduction program. The Clinical Base Year is mandatory and lasts during your first year of employment with us. It includes lectures, nursing mentoring, and practical training in your profession at Simulator Center. In addition, you will work in at least two different departments to broaden your competence.
