Onsite Technician

On behalf of our client, we are seeking a service-oriented Onsite Support Technician who wants to contribute to a stable and well-functioning IT environment. The position is located in Huskvarna/Jönköping and requires full-time physical presence at the office. About the Role You provide qualified IT support to users on-site and are responsible for client-based IT equipment as well as shared environments such as conference rooms. The role includes, among other things: Troubleshoot and resolve IT incidents on-site Install and deliver computers, phones, and other IT equipment Manage VIP support and prioritized requests Provide support for printers and conference rooms Document requests and update the knowledge base Contribute to major outages and security-related incidents Ensure high quality in local IT support We are Looking for Someone Who Has Relevant experience in IT support and onsite support Strong ability to troubleshoot client-based IT issues Experience with documentation and request management Very good knowledge of Swedish and English Class B driver's license Experience from larger organizations and complex IT environments is a merit. As a person, you are service-oriented, pedagogical, and solution-focused. You work independently, take initiative, and enjoy collaborating and sharing knowledge with others.
