Your New Position
We are seeking an experienced and service-oriented Senior Onsite Technician based in Gothenburg. In this role, you will have a central function in ensuring a stable, secure, and efficient IT work environment for the organization. You will work closely with users and be responsible for delivering qualified support as well as contributing to the development and improvement of our Onsite Support methods.
Main Responsibilities
• Ensure high quality in the local delivery of Onsite Support.
• Manage and resolve hardware incidents and technical issues.
• Serve as a technical expert and support resource for team colleagues.
• Handle VIP and business-critical cases.
• Install, configure, and deploy client equipment.
• Manage documentation and knowledge articles.
• Participate in major incidents and local projects.
• Provide support for conference rooms, AV equipment, and printers.
Your Background
Qualifications:
• Several years of experience in Onsite Support or IT support.
• Extensive experience troubleshooting IT hardware.
• Good understanding of ITIL-based processes.
Requirements
• Fluent in Swedish and English.
• Valid driver's license (Category B)
• Must pass a security clearance with no criminal record and no payment defaults.
