About the Position As a care assistant with us, you work closely with clients in their homes and provide support with everything from personal care to service tasks and social support. You will be an important part of a team working together to create safety, independence, and good quality of life for our clients. Work tasks may include: Help with personal care (hygiene, dressing, transfers) Support with meals and medication reminders Cleaning, laundry, shopping, and other service tasks Social companionship and welfare visits Documentation according to applicable guidelines Collaboration with colleagues, coordinators, and family members Who Are You? We are looking for someone who: Has a genuine interest in people Is calm, attentive, and treats everyone with respect Can work independently and take responsibility in daily situations Enjoys working at a fast pace and handling different situations Speaks and writes Swedish fluently It is an advantage if you: Have training as a nursing assistant or care aide Have previous experience from home care or health and social care Have a B driving license Working Hours & Employment Hourly position with the possibility of longer contracts Day, evening, and weekend shifts by agreement How to Apply Send your application and briefly tell us about yourself and your experience.
