Öckerö Municipality is starting a personnel pool within home care services—a flexible workplace where you can use your experience, develop in new areas, and help shape the future of care and health services.
As part of our pool, you will rotate between different home care teams and receive assignments based on both operational needs and competence. Perhaps you have particular interest or experience in, for example, dementia care, psychiatry, palliative care, nutrition, or comorbidity management? Here you have the opportunity to meet clients with different care needs. Job Description
With us, you work based on support decisions to assist clients in their daily lives.
Your responsibilities include:
- Care and support in accordance with the needs assessment, for example help with personal hygiene, household chores, cleaning, laundry, and social interaction.
- Digital documentation in social records
- Delegated tasks from licensed personnel
- Collaboration with other professionals
- Participate in implementing future digital assistive devices.
We use BankID for login and authorization in our systems.
Your Background

Requirements:
- Trained nursing assistant or have care education, or equivalent experience.
- Driver's license (B).
- Good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written, at least level D.

- Work permit (if applicable).
