Job Responsibilities
The staffing pool serves elderly care, disability services (LSS), and psychiatric care operations.
You will staff longer-term temporary positions. Being a long-term pool worker gives you a great opportunity to try different areas of care assistant work such as home care, assisted living facilities, group homes, day activities, housing support, and personal assistance.
Qualifications
The work requires that you have good teamwork skills and can easily adapt to new work environments.
You are also expected to be very flexible, responsible, and have a positive attitude.
Class B driver's license is required; experience in care education is a merit.

As a long-term pool employee, you can expect a salary between 24,900-30,500 kr depending on experience and qualifications; individual salary determination is applied.
