Eriksdals Care and Residential Living is located close to nature by the sea with views of Ljumvikens havsbad in Holmsund. We have a beautiful outdoor environment with a closed and an open courtyard with patios used for pleasant gatherings during summer. The building has two floors and contains a total of 41 apartments distributed across four units plus two short-term places.

Your Tasks
With a professional approach and good conduct, you will assist our residents in their daily lives. The residents' participation in decision-making is the focus, and you will contribute to ensuring that services are provided with good quality, in accordance with support decisions and implementation plans.
You will assist with personal hygiene, laundry, cleaning, meals, and other services. Your work also includes documenting measures and health status as well as medical tasks based on delegation from the responsible nurse.
Working hours are arranged for day, evening, and weekend shifts.

Requirements
Experience working in elderly care
Experience with delegation of medication and insulin
Good knowledge of Swedish language in speech and writing, so that you can communicate with users, relatives, and colleagues, write and access care documentation, and receive medication delegation
Merits
Education in care and support, such as nursing assistant or care assistant
Heavy lifting occurs; lifting aids must be used. Smoking may occur in the workplace, so you should not have allergies.
