We need a substitute caregiver to cover staffing this summer and are looking for someone who is:

Our work hours vary, and we're looking for someone who can work overnight shifts or 13-hour shifts. If you're able to occasionally step in and work night shifts, that's a huge plus.

Our daughter is in her 30s and lives in her own apartment at our home on our farm in Östra Göinge municipality. You need to have a car and driver's license to work with us since we live rurally, and you cannot be allergic to fur-bearing animals, as animals are part of our daily life.
Our daughter has extensive functional limitations and needs help with everything in her daily life. Your personality matters more than experience, and you'll receive the support you need to feel confident in your work.
It's important to us that you are a thoughtful and attentive assistant, preferably a woman, who can interpret, communicate, and advocate for our daughter. You need to be able to plan and structure the day to make it as good as possible for her. This could include anything from making exercise and transfers more enjoyable, to going for a walk with the stroller in the forest, to horseback riding and trips to day activities.
Personal care assistant is a service profession that places great demands on personal qualities. You must be willing to take responsibility and respect personal integrity. You should be confident in yourself, flexible, honest, and have great patience, as well as the ability to take own initiative. Humor and good physical health are other valuable qualities. As a personal care assistant, we expect you to be interested in and understand what good care means. Greatest weight is placed on personal suitability.

Individual salary determination. Fremia collective agreement for personal care assistants.
Support and training as needed.
