Ref: 20262000 Job Responsibilities Do you want to use your pedagogical expertise to make a real difference in people's everyday lives? We are now seeking two care pedagogues who want to be part of developing our service residences within social psychiatry and contribute to a professional, recovery-oriented approach. As a care pedagogue, you have an important role in translating the organization's goals into practical work and creating good conditions for users' development, participation, and independence. You work closely with both users and colleagues, where you guide, inspire, and contribute to ongoing quality improvement in two operations within Unit 5. Your Assignment In this role, you combine pedagogical responsibility with work in the operations. Through your presence in daily activities, you contribute to developing working methods, strengthening colleagues in their assignments, and ensuring that support is based on each individual's needs, resources, and goals. You will, among other things: Drive and develop the recovery-oriented approach together with the section manager and work team Mentor and support colleagues in pedagogical methods and approaches Contribute to implementing individual action plans in daily work Work practically in the operations and develop solutions that strengthen users' independence and quality of life Contribute to a safe, structured, and stimulating environment where users have the opportunity to develop according to their abilities Contribute to the organization's quality and development work The position includes both pedagogical development work and operations-related work. Approximately 30% of work time is scheduled in the operations. We are Looking for You Who Have a university or college degree of at least 180 credits, such as a degree in social work or education in behavioral science, pedagogy, or another relevant field Have good knowledge of LSS legislation and the target group within social psychiatry Have experience working with threat and violence situations Have knowledge of or experience with recovery-oriented approaches Have at least two years of experience working in social psychiatry Have good administrative and digital competence as well as good ability to express yourself in speech and writing in Swedish It is meriting if you have experience in: Pedagogical development work Mentoring colleagues Social documentation according to applicable legislation To Succeed in This Role We Believe That You Are confident in your professional role and can handle complex situations with calm and professionalism Communicate clearly, respectfully, and attentively Have a pedagogical approach and are motivated by supporting others in their development Enjoy collaboration but also take own initiative Work solution-focused and see possibilities rather than obstacles Contribute with commitment, structure, and developmental strength About the Workplace In Unit 5, support assistants, support pedagogues, and care pedagogues work together to create a safe, meaningful, and developmental everyday life for users.
