The role of Area Manager Being an Area Manager at Samhall is being at the absolute center of our operations. You lead a group of 25-30 employees who work on various customer assignments where you have clear responsibility for developing your team and matching the right person to the right assignment. You also work coaching your employees toward new jobs outside Samhall, which is one of your most important goals. Coaching includes motivating, establishing business contacts for recruitment collaborations, and creating opportunities for development through work and training. In your customer responsibility, you are expected to develop cooperation with both existing and new customers. You work in a team with others to contribute to the district's goal achievement and profitability. As responsible for operations, you ensure that the right person is in the right place and actively work to ensure a good work environment and satisfied customers. What do we offer you? As an Area Manager, you are operational, present, and can make decisions with high integrity. Having experience from and thriving in an operation characterized by high pace and with people at the center is a requirement. We also know that you are comfortable in the leadership role and have good knowledge of the tasks involved in a management position. We are looking for someone who has: Leadership experience with personnel responsibility Experience working with customer relations with good results Experience leading an operational cleaning service business Previously worked with documentation and good system proficiency Meritorious: certification in SRY and/or Insta800 Minimum upper secondary education Requirement: B driver's license As a person, you are attentive, reliable, and engaged. You are passionate about leadership and believe in people's ability to develop. You have business-minded thinking and know that satisfied customers are created through good deliveries and strong relationships. You have the ability to develop and coach your employees and match the right person to the right assignment. As a leader, you are driven and accustomed to working independently based on a goal and results-oriented approach while being a team player who collaborates with others with a focus on the district's and region's development.
