Mandatory Requirements B-class driver's license Good spoken Persian skills, as the position involves working with Persian-speaking customers Ability to speak and write Swedish Flexibility regarding work during daytime, evenings, and weekends Ability to take independent responsibility and collaborate with others You should be cheerful, open, positive, and patient. Training as a nursing assistant or care assistant, as well as experience in home care, are advantageous.
