CHARACTERISTICS: pedagogical activities, including lectures, examinations, teaching in seminars, exercises and laboratory classes in general and specialized subjects, including preparation of study materials and learning resources, supervision of bachelor's and master's theses in the field of vehicle and engine design, creative activities, particularly independent execution of research and development tasks according to defined objectives, publication activities and self-education initiatives, preparation and implementation of projects, cooperation with industrial partners.
EDUCATION AND SKILLS: completed minimum doctoral degree, Ph.D. or CSc. in technical sciences with a focus on machine and equipment design (specialization in vehicles and their powertrains is an advantage), professional and publication activity in the field, experience in machine and equipment design, especially vehicles and their powertrains, knowledge of CAD software, international experience in the form of professional internships or collaboration is an advantage, independence, communication skills, teamwork, work flexibility and responsibility, required level of Czech language at a native speaker level, knowledge of English language minimum level B1, criminal, civil and moral integrity.
EMPLOYMENT: 20% position, employment contract will be concluded for a definite period until 30.9.2027 with possibility of extension.
START DATE: October 2026/by agreement.
SALARY CLASSIFICATION: salary grade A3, minimum monthly salary after successful adaptation: 8.000, - Kč, possibility of granting personal and project allowances after probation period based on work performance evaluation.
