POSITION OVERVIEW: Pedagogical work in the field of energy engineering, including lectures, examinations, teaching in seminars, practical exercises and laboratory sessions, including preparation of study materials and teaching aids, and potentially supervision of bachelor's and diploma theses, creative activities, particularly independent work on research and development tasks according to defined objectives. Involvement in project preparation and implementation as a member of a research team, publication activities and professional development.
EDUCATION AND SKILLS: Completed doctoral studies in Applied Mechanics (fluid mechanics, thermomechanics), or in Energy Machines and Equipment, or in a related field, professional and publication activities in the field are advantageous, teaching experience is advantageous, industrial experience is advantageous, Czech language at native speaker level, required knowledge of English language minimum level B1, knowledge of other languages is advantageous, criminal, civil and moral integrity, independence, responsibility.
EMPLOYMENT TERMS: 100% position, employment contract will be concluded for a definite period until September 30, 2027 with possibility of extension.
START DATE: October 2026/by agreement.
SALARY: Salary class A3, minimum monthly salary after successful probation: 40.000,- Kč, possibility of personal and project allowances after probation period depending on work performance evaluation.
