Personal Supplement
Range from CZK 1,950 to CZK 5,849, of which the lower amount represents 5% and the higher amount 15% of the salary tariff of the highest salary grade in the salary class established for the service position, corresponds to the average amount of personal supplement when achieving good results in service evaluation in civil service offices in the Czech Republic.
A civil servant is entitled to a special supplement of CZK 1,200.
2.4 Bonuses
A civil servant who has fulfilled exceptional or particularly significant service tasks or who voluntarily undertook to fulfill urgent service tasks in the absence of another civil servant may be granted a bonus, and a civil servant who directly or significantly contributed to the fulfillment of a predetermined exceptionally demanding service task that is particularly significant from the perspective of the civil service office's remit may be granted a target bonus.
3. Information on Conditions of Service Performance
Service in the service position will be performed in a service relationship for an indefinite period.
The expected start date of service in the service position is June 15, 2026.
The length of the established weekly service time is 40 hours.

4. Application Submission
Applications for acceptance into a service relationship and assignment to a service position or applications for assignment to a service position (hereinafter "application") submitted within the deadline of May 15, 2026, i.e., within this period, will be considered:
• delivered to the civil service authority through the postal service operator at the address of the civil service office Office of Labor of the Czech Republic, Regional Branch in Ústí nad Labem, Revoluční 3289/13, 400 01 Ústí nad Labem
• submitted in person at the reception desk of the civil service office at the above-mentioned address,
• submitted in electronic form at the email address of the civil service office [email protected], or
• submitted in electronic form through the data box of the civil service office ID 6sbzpx5.
The envelope, or data message, containing the application including required documents (attachments) must be marked with the words: "Do Not Open" and the words "Selection Procedure No. UPCR-2026/66013-78099813".
In the application, the applicant is required to provide a data box ID or email address to which documents in the selection procedure will be delivered.
5. Conditions for Participation in the Selection Procedure
A person who meets the following criteria may participate in the selection procedure for the above-mentioned service position in accordance with the civil service law:
a) is a citizen of the Czech Republic, a citizen of another member state of the European Union, or a citizen of a state that is a contracting party to the Agreement on the European Economic Area [§ 25 para. 1 letter a) of the civil service law],
b) has reached the age of 18 [§ 25 para. 1 letter b) of the civil service law],
c) is fully capable [§ 25 para. 1 letter c) of the civil service law],
d) is of good character [§ 25 para. 1 letter d) of the civil service law],
e) has achieved education established by law for this service position [§ 25 para. 1 letter e) of the civil service law], i.e., at least higher professional education,
f) has the necessary health fitness [§ 25 para. 1 letter f) of the civil service law].
g) has the necessary knowledge of the Czech language, unless a citizen of the Czech Republic [§ 25 para. 1 letter g) of the civil service law]

The applicant further attaches to the application:
a) a structured professional curriculum vitae.
