Dignus Medical is seeking a licensed specialist doctor or senior physician in obstetrics and gynecology on behalf of a client for a developing position in women's healthcare at a modern county hospital. The hospital serves the entire region and offers advanced and comprehensive women's healthcare, from obstetrics and benign gynecology to gynecological oncology and tumor surgery. You will work in a team with experienced colleagues, with the opportunity to shape your position based on your own interests and expertise. The assignment offers: - Clinical work in obstetrics and/or gynecology, including on-call duties. - Opportunity to specialize in particular areas of interest. - Excellent opportunities for research, improvement initiatives, and mentoring. - Work in an organization with coordinated patient flow, from outpatient care to surgery and follow-up. - Flexible working arrangements and individual salary negotiation. Your profile: - Licensed specialist doctor/senior physician in obstetrics and gynecology. - On-call experience is desirable but can also be developed within the position. - You are responsible, collaborative, and have a strong commitment to contributing to both organizational and personal development.
