Main Responsibilities: Set up and operate machinery from a technical standpoint to maintain good quality of produced cans (within established quality and technological parameters). Ensure smooth operation of production machinery and maintain it in proper technical condition. 1. Manufacture products according to quality and quantity specifications. 2. Maintain cleanliness and order at the workplace. 3. Record any quality issues in the Lighthouse system. 4. Report all technical problems with machinery in the Lighthouse system. 5. Assist with production control and quality specification verification. 6. Perform measurements and sample collection according to the quality plan. Knowledge and Skills: Technical education in engineering or relevant practical experience Experience in a manufacturing environment General machinery maintenance skills Good technical knowledge Attention to detail, problem-solving ability, adherence to specifications, teamwork, manual dexterity 150 Kč meal vouchers, transportation allowance 3.5 Kč/km, pension insurance contribution 2.5% of base salary, attendance bonus 1,500 Kč, 100% additional base salary (50% paid before summer, 50% before Christmas), 5 weeks vacation, company events
