Full-time Position - Job Responsibilities • Operation of biomass boiler including fuel loading, operation of cogeneration unit, gas boiler rooms, transfer stations and building gas boilers • Work on repairs and maintenance of heat management systems (valve replacement, filter cleaning, meter installation, etc.) • Heating and plumbing work; on-call service Requirements • Education – completed secondary vocational school (SOU) • Driver's license category B, or obtain it within 6 months • Independence, responsibility, flexibility We Offer • Training and onboarding under the guidance of an experienced team • Average monthly salary 45 000 - 55 000,- depending on education and experience • Work in a stable company; energy sector is a prospective industry • Support for further education and professional development • Benefits and bonuses according to collective agreement • 25 days vacation • Welding certificate or electrical qualification preferred – we can help finance it by agreement • Driver's license category T or C preferred – we can help finance it by agreement • Permanent employment contract with 3-month probationary period
