Machine Operator for Paper Product Manufacturing and Processing

Job Responsibilities: • In a 2–4 person team, you will set up and adjust machines to produce perfect boxes • You will inspect product quality, dimensions, printing, and functionality • You will ensure regular cleaning and maintenance of the workspace • Together with maintenance staff, you will troubleshoot and resolve equipment issues What We Expect: • Skill, dexterity, and interest—an experienced colleague will teach you everything else • Willingness to work in shift operations – you will work 3 shifts, with weekends off • Diligence and a responsible approach to work – as a valued team member, you contribute to product quality and customer satisfaction
