JOB POSITION DESCRIPTION
POSITION TITLE: Coating Machine Operator (position more suitable for men - machine operation and maintenance)
SALARY AND BENEFITS:
- Annual bonus based on company performance (approximately 1 month's salary);
- Meal allowance 129 Kč/day (year 2026);
- 5 weeks of vacation.
BASIC JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
The operator controls coating machines that coat customer products according to their requirements and technical instructions for specific products and/or operates equipment related to magnet coating. The worker in this position will also operate additional equipment such as cleaning systems, vacuum furnace, plasma, drum coating machine, and other machinery. They are responsible for maintenance and repairs of most equipment. May be asked to assist with shipping or receiving customer products and similar tasks.
KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Following instructions in work procedures, manuals, specifications, and verbal instructions from branch manager, department manager, or authorized personnel;
- Operating coating machines, monitoring the coating process and running equipment during the process, verifying coating thickness using various methods, equipment, and tools;
- Operating all machinery related to evaporation support and coating;
- Shutting down machinery, filling and emptying fixtures;
- Completing records, forms, and documents with equipment notes;
- Operating and maintaining coating machines and related equipment, and resolving simple problems;
- Assembling fixtures and related equipment;
- Routine maintenance, such as oil changes, cleaning valves and coolers, replacing spare parts at specified intervals, etc.
Education: High school diploma or vocational certificate required. Advantageous: education in locksmithing, mechanics, or electrical work, or experience with equipment maintenance and operation.
