Wave Soldering Machine Operator

We are seeking a responsible operator for our wave soldering machine for 2-shift operations in a company that has specialized in PCB assembly for 32 years. Job responsibilities include: operating and maintaining the wave soldering equipment; correctly loading circuit boards according to manufacturing documentation; inspecting component placement on PCBs before soldering; and properly adjusting the soldering equipment. Education and experience in electrotechnology are advantageous but not required—we will provide training. Initial employment contract for 1 year, with conversion to permanent employment upon mutual satisfaction. Start date as soon as possible or by mutual agreement. We offer: reduced work week of 7.5 hours, bonuses of up to 8% after the trial period with perfect monthly attendance, up to 5% supervisor bonus, meal allowance of 123,- per work day.
