CNC PUNCH PRESS MACHINE OPERATOR NN Steel s.r.o. – Batňovice We are a company specializing in the processing of sheet metal, profiles, and non-ferrous metals. We have a complete technological chain – from laser cutting and punch pressing through machining and welding to wet and powder coating and final assembly. We are looking for a CNC punch press machine operator to join our team who will ensure proper machine setup and quality production. What awaits you • Operation and setup of CNC punch press machines • Setting machine parameters and clamping sheet metal • Inspection of punched parts and their dimensions • Work with measuring tools • Sorting punched parts and waste separation • Adherence to production procedures and technical documentation • Troubleshooting common issues arising during production • Collaboration with other production workers • Work in a 2-shift operation What we expect from you • Secondary technical education (SOU/SŠ) • Experience in a similar position for at least 1 year • Ability to read technical drawings • Basic knowledge of CNC machines and their programming • Independence, precision, and responsible approach What we offer you • Salary corresponding to your experience, expertise, and abilities • Personal performance bonuses and premiums • Quarterly bonuses • Allowances • Individual performance-based compensation • On-site meals with employer contribution • Stable work in an established manufacturing company • Fair and friendly treatment Join us.
