Independently and skillfully machines metals using various machining technologies and qualified personnel according to technical drawings, technological procedures, and supervisor instructions. Requirements: - Experience as a lathe operator/toolmaker/locksmith, ideally in a manufacturing company - advantageous - Knowledge of reading technical drawings and working according to them (non-series production) - advantageous Job Responsibilities: - Oversees preparation of workstations, machining machines, and tools - Oversees careful use of tools and devices according to operating instructions - Prepares and transports machined parts - Uses work clothing, footwear, and protective equipment - Maintains planned quality and productivity levels as communicated by supervisor on the job - Cleans the workplace - Actively pursues development of own competencies within the scope of job duties - Complies with occupational health and safety (BOZP), fire safety (PO), and management system (IMS, EMS, EnMS) regulations - Adheres to corporate conduct rules (Compliance principles) - Promotes work and product quality in accordance with quality system requirements - Complies with internal company directives and regulations - Adheres to applicable statutory standards - Performs additional tasks in accordance with agreed work type per supervisor instructions.
