Permanent employment contract. Job Responsibilities: - Machining steel and cast iron castings on milling machines and carousels - Independent clamping and positioning of workpieces - Work according to technical and drawing documentation - Selection and correction of cutting tools and machining parameters - Measurement of finished parts using standard measuring instruments - Continuous quality control of products - Routine maintenance of assigned machinery and workstation We Offer: - Independent work position - Support from a stable company - Competitive compensation - Start date by agreement, preferably immediately We Require: - Vocational training as a metal machinist, machine mechanic, or relevant experience in the field - Experience with milling or carousel machining - Knowledge of working with measuring instruments (calipers, micrometer, etc.) - Independence, conscientiousness, attention to detail, and responsible approach - Experience with machining large castings is an advantage Employee Benefits: on-site cafeteria, performance bonuses.
